45 Upgrading
In upgrading a civil employee serving in the classless post pursuant to Section 24D2. of the Act after the commencement of this Rule, such upgrading shall be made with effect from the following day of the completion of the service period as referred to in Sub-section (3) of the said Section.
Provided that, where punishment is recorded pursuant to Section 18E. of the Act, upgrading shall be made with effect from the following day of the completion of the term of punishment.
